For security and safety purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges once our product has left our facilities. We make no exception to this policy.

In case of breakage during transport, please provide us with photo proof and an invoice to support@genexpharmaceuticas.co and we may provide a new product free of charge + shipping (case-by-case basis).
